Honoring Our Heroes — Friday, September 11th
This Friday, September 11th, Pleasant Grove High School will come together for a special evening of football, patriotism, remembrance, and gratitude.
As we gather under the Friday night lights, we will take time to honor the men and women who have courageously served our country and those who continue to protect and serve our communities every day — our Veterans and First Responders.
We are especially honored to welcome Follow the Flag, who will bring one of their incredible large American flags to help create a powerful and memorable tribute.
September 11th is a day that reminds us of the strength of the American spirit. It reminds us of courage in the face of tragedy, sacrifice in service to others, and the importance of coming together as one community and one nation.
We invite our students, families, and community members to join us as we express our deepest gratitude to those who have worn the uniform, answered the call, and put the needs and safety of others before their own.
To our Veterans, thank you for defending the freedoms we enjoy.
To our First Responders, thank you for your courage, dedication, and willingness to serve.
We will never forget the sacrifices made. We will never take your service for granted. And this Friday night, we will proudly stand together to honor our heroes.
