Tim Brantley — Principal
I am excited to begin my third year as principal at Pleasant Grove High School. I am proud of the ongoing successes of our school. You may be aware that US News & World Report recently ranked PGHS as one of America’s top high schools and awarded us a sliver medal. In fact, PGHS was ranked as the fifth best high school in the state of Utah. This designation is based on multiple criteria that reflect a school’s ability to turn out college-ready (and life-ready) students. I consider this to be quite an honor given the fact that there are well over 25,000 public high schools in the United States.
I hope all of our parents/guardians will develop partnerships with administrators, counselors, and classroom teachers as we work collectively to meet the diverse needs of our students. I always feel that PGHS provides many wonderful opportunities for our students. I ask that you help us in our efforts to encourage them to take advantage of these opportunities to help prepare them for their futures.
